Did you know...?

We have classroom rules and I bet your child knows them by heart! We repeat them daily and use them throughout the day. Go ahead...quiz them!

Here are the rules:

  1. Listen when your teacher is speaking.
  2. Follow directions quickly
  3. Raise your hand when you want to talk.
  4. Be safe. Be respectful. Be responsible.

American Flag Project

"That tickles!" said Andrew as I painted his hand with red, white and blue paint. He firmly pressed his hand on to a piece of paper being very careful to keep his fingers together. It's the American flag! Oh, wait, we forgot the stars. Andrew used a Q-tip and white paint to add the stars to his flag. All done and proud of a job well done!

This week's highlights:
Since school started, the children have been learning so many things! They learned the letter "Aa", how to write it and what words begin with it. Ryan chose to draw a great picture of an alligator on the sign-in sheet for his "Aa" word!

Welcome Children and Parents!

We are off to a running start! The children are getting used to leaving mom and dad, learning the daily routine and warming up to Mrs. Blair and Mrs. Moffett. When you enter the classroom, you will notice the many projects the children have completed thus far. Some things you may want to take a closer look at is "The Apple of Mrs. Blair's and Mrs. Moffett's Eyes" above the tea chers' desk. A photo of your child is posted.
